Job Title: Test Automation Engineer
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven member to join our team, focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise software solutions. Our team values proactive ownership of test processes and continuous improvement to deliver robust technology for business-critical functions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute testing for medium to large features or applications, defining test approach, scope, and entry/exit criteria.
- Design, build, and maintain automated UI and API tests, troubleshooting automation failures and improving regression coverage.
- Guide and mentor junior QA engineers by reviewing test cases and automation code and promoting testing best practices.
- Ensure automated tests are effectively executed within CI/CD pipelines and provide clear quality status, metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Required:
- 5-8 years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET with strong hands-on focus on automation.
- Proficiency with Java, Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, and API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and developing robust test strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to test enterprise systems, including validation across Oracle, MongoDB, and related data stores.
