Job Title: Test & Evaluation Lab Technician 3
Location: Seattle, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking individuals who excel in laboratory environments to ensure rigorous and efficient testing processes for modern products and systems. Our team values precision, technical acumen, and a hands-on approach to supporting test operations and maintaining a highly functional lab setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers and senior technicians by providing support with drawings, test system builds, and test operations.
- Participate in the design, procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components, test fixtures, and test systems as needed.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration cycles are met and areas follow 5S standards.
- Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for basic laboratory and testing-related issues, and support system setups and tear-downs.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with electrical circuits, hardware, computer organization, and electrical measurement equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Unix operating systems, computing networking, cybersecurity, and programming tools such as C++, Java, and Python.
- Familiarity with revision control tools such as Git and ability to read/interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams and schematics.
- Demonstrated education/experience: typically an Associate degree and three or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations (such as Bachelor’s plus one year, or five years’ relevant experience).
