Job Title: Test & Evaluation Lab Technician
Location: Seattle, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our team by conducting and documenting tests on products, systems, components, and materials. Our team values self-starters who can perform hands-on testing activities and uphold rigorous quality standards in a laboratory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Design, fabricate, build, and analyze test systems, materials, components, software, and methodologies.
- Coordinate test requirements, including system integration, fabrication, modification, setup, checkout, and teardown.
- Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory and test-related problems while maintaining and repairing test laboratory equipment.
Required:
- Education or experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and 3 or more years' related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor plus 1 year, or 5 years' related work experience).
- Experience working in a laboratory environment and/or electronic test and troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and specifications accurately.
- Ability to climb stairs as required by the physical demands of the role.
