Job Title: Tool Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance operational efficiency through the development and launch of customized tools. Our team values innovation and collaboration to drive scalable growth for the organization’s host operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze tools requirements, effectively structuring and prioritizing requests.
- Design and develop custom interfaces in Airtable tailored to the specific needs of internal teams and external partners.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution development, feature testing, and performance reporting.
- Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases by leveraging data reporting and dashboarding to evaluate process effectiveness and readiness for scale.
Required:
- 6+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility in a technology, operations, or consulting environment.
- Deep Airtable expertise in schema design, automations, scripting, interfaces, syncs, and Airtable AI, with strong command of platform constraints and workflow troubleshooting.
- Experience with data architecture, including scalable base and data flow design, and mapping data in and out of Airtable (including syncs and integrations with systems such as Salesforce, data warehouses, or operations tools).
- Proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel/Sheets for modeling and data manipulation; SQL is a bonus.
