Job Title: TrackWise Digital QMS Implementation Lead (Hands-on)

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on TrackWise Digital SME to support a QMS transformation initiative. This role requires deep experience configuring and implementing TrackWise Digital, not just supporting or administering the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on configuration and implementation of TrackWise Digital modules (CAPA, Non-Conformance, Complaints)
- Build and configure workflows, forms, and system logic within TrackWise Digital
- Participate in net-new system implementations and/or major migrations
- Translate business requirements into actual system configuration (not just documentation)
- Support system build, testing, and deployment activities
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and IT teams to ensure compliant and scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with TrackWise Digital (hands-on)
- Proven experience configuring TrackWise Digital workflows and modules
- Experience with new system implementations or major platform builds (not just enhancements/support)
- Strong expertise in:
- CAPA
- Non-Conformance (NCEP)
- Complaint Handling
- Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma, Med Device, Life Sciences)

- Candidates must have direct hands-on TrackWise Digital configuration experience
