Job Title: Trade Compliance Specialist – Mid-Level
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support trade compliance and cargo security activities across a global network. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to reporting, analysis, coordination, and program support within a fast-paced environment where strong communication and Excel skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor cargo security activities, audit statuses, communications, and results across global shipping locations.
- Support reporting needs by updating weekly, monthly, and quarterly program readouts and summarizing status information.
- Assist with program materials, self-assessments, meeting content, notes, action items, and related templates.
- Coordinate with internal and third-party associates, monitor dashboards, and help support process improvements and special projects.
Required:
- Experience in a corporate setting.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Ability to perform online research, take direction well, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
