Job Highlights:
- Lead field operations on T&D projects, ensuring safe and timely completion
- Supervise construction activities, maintain progress continuity, and maximize efficiencies
- Build strong client and subcontractor relationships, fostering collaboration and trust
- Collaborate with project management to develop procedures and standards for success
- Champion safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations
- Document progress, assess future work activities, and oversee subcontractors
- Coordinate with QA/QC Manager to verify compliance and quality
- Manage field change orders and develop punch lists for project completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of construction management experience or equivalent
- Associate Degree and 9 years of construction management experience or equivalent
- High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of construction management experience or equivalent
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using Microsoft Suite
- Commitment to safety, integrity, and excellence
