Join Our Team as a Trial Supplies Manager!

Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for managing trial supplies? We are seeking a motivated Trial Supplies Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our global clinical trials by managing end-to-end supply chains and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet clinical supply needs.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for global clinical trials.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
- Co-create clinical and development timelines and communicate strategies to study teams.
- Forecast supply requirements based on clinical development plans and protocol analysis.
- Review medical protocols and develop packaging and labeling configurations.
- Monitor inventory, allocation strategies, and long-term supply considerations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Phase 1 to 4 clinical trial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the global drug development process and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with IRT and CTMS systems.
