Job Title: Turnaround IE Planner
Location: Mont Belvieu, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality planning and scheduling functions to improve the efficiency of facility operations. Our team values detailed execution and proactive communication as key drivers for effective maintenance and turnaround performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate job packages that include materials, tools, services, resources, cost estimation, and scheduling logic for plant equipment repairs and improvements.
- Ensure job plans adhere to company policies, standards, and maintenance procedures, utilizing feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts to enhance accuracy and execution methods.
- Manage workload by collaborating with support groups and developing timely, precise job plans; maintain task lists and bill of materials as required.
- Participate in cost estimating for services and materials, coordinate with vendors and internal clients during bid development, and lead safety and job plan discussions with stakeholders.
Required:
- AAS Degree in Instrumentation or Electrical, with 10+ years of IE maintenance technician experience in the chemical or refining industry.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership and planning experience, plus basic computer skills for MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining plant equipment, as well as proven ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and relevant codes and drawings.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, handle multiple projects and shifting priorities, and fulfill all physical requirements, including working at various heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.
