Job Title: Validation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in an impactful position focusing on maintaining equipment compliance within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science environment. Our team drives regulatory compliance by overseeing the periodic review of GMP equipment, supporting quality assurance, and collaborating across functional groups.
Responsibilities:
- Execute periodic reviews of GMP equipment according to approved procedures and schedules.
- Assess equipment records, including work orders, deviations, and change control documentation, to verify continued suitability for intended use.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, System Owners, Validation, and Quality teams to resolve issues and complete reviews within established timelines and standards.
- Maintain accurate trackers, generate reports, and identify opportunities for continual process improvement.
Required:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science organization performing commissioning, qualification, or validation maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP commissioning/qualification/validation practices and familiarity with biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and knowledge of quality assurance principles, including deviations and change control systems.
- Minimum education: Master’s, or Bachelor’s with 2 years of relevant experience, Associate’s with 6 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience.
