Job Title: Visitor Relations Specialist
Location: Mukilteo, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking customer-focused professionals eager to engage, educate, and inspire guests at a prominent public attraction showcasing innovation in aviation and aerospace. Our team is dedicated to delivering world-class experiences by presenting interactive educational exhibits and leading factory tours for a diverse audience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage visitors enthusiastically, deliver scripted presentations, and support daily operations across the facility.
- Facilitate guided tours, interactive STEM activities, and group experiences, ensuring both educational value and entertainment.
- Assist with ticketing services, wayfinding, theater presentations, and gallery interpretation to ensure an outstanding overall guest experience.
- Respond proactively to safety matters, participate in team rotations, and complete mandatory training and assignments as required.
Required:
- Experience in a role requiring strong customer service, communication, and public speaking or presenting to groups.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in roles requiring strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work standing or walking for extended periods, and perform light physical activities as part of event and tour operations.
- Education typically acquired through a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
