  • IP Adaptability – Ability to translate diverse client show aesthetics into cohesive, authentic visual systems.
  • Design Direction – Proven experience guiding external agencies to ensure work meets brand standards and project goals.
  • Strategic Thinking – Demonstrated ability to apply brand strategy and visual identity into principles of design and actual design direction.
  • Strong Individual Contributor – Ability to work independently while directing agency partners in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills with the ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented – Laser-focused on design execution to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.
  • Communication – Confident in presenting creative concepts to partners and leadership.
  • Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills with commitment to fostering cross-functional teamwork with internal and external partners.
  • Cultural Connectivity – Deeply immersed in entertainment and creative culture. Always seeking new and innovative partners to keep the client brand on the edge of design excellence.

  • Global Experience- preferred.

What you’ll work on

  • Marketing & Campaigns – Create a consistent flow of assets for client experiences, ensuring all marketing output aligns with the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Environmental Graphics (EGD) – Support the visual needs for client retail locations, including signage, digital displays, and materials for seasonal programming.
  • Presentation Design – Design clear and compelling decks for internal and external projects, helping the studio communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Agency Direction – Provide clear design direction to external agencies and partners, ensuring their output meets the studio's standards.
