Job Description:
- Experience – 10+ years in a brand design role, preferably within the entertainment or global consumer brand space.
- Portfolio – A diverse portfolio of visual storytelling, layout, typography, motion and color that demonstrates how to solve complex business problems through elegant design solutions.
- Proven Platform knowledge – knowledge and expertise of photography, motion layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production, and publishing across editorial formats and platforms.
- Strategic thinking – Demonstrated experience in applying brand strategy & visual identity into principles of design and actual design direction
- Mastery of Craft & Tools: Demonstrable expertise in visual storytelling and communication design (layout, typography, color) with expert proficiency in modern design and presentation tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote).
- Strong Individual Contributor – Ability to direct agency partners while working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities. Strong time management skills with the ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks.
- Effective communication – applies visual skills to communicate creative concepts and executions, helping align stakeholders with clarity and influence.
- Attention to detail – you will stay laser focused on design details to deliver best-in-class, integrated, and impactful consumer experiences.
- Collaboration & influence – strong interpersonal skills with dedication to foster cross-functional teamwork with internal and external partners, and an open, positive, and collaborative environment.

What you’ll work on
- You will own a consistent level of deliverables against the client marketing remit. Constantly elevating the client's marketing output and tone of voice.
- Support onsite marketing and ongoing programming efforts for all client retail locations.
- You will also lean in as needed to support the broader Experience Studio’s internal and external-facing projects.
- Drive day-to-day projects through innovative thinking, collaboration, and hands-on design execution.
- Present and share creative concepts with confidence to cross functional partners and leadership.
