Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Bedford, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operator opportunity supporting a highly regulated warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and compliance are essential. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help keep inbound, storage, and outbound processes running smoothly while supporting system updates, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Execute inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse processes with a strong focus on quality, patient safety, and compliance requirements.
- Update transactions and inventory records accurately in the WMS or ERP tool and perform daily checks between SAP, TMID, and WMS for data consistency.
- Support equipment maintenance activities by assisting with calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and documentation.
- Assist with dock scheduling, shipment inspections, quality control checks, warehouse organization, and continuous improvement efforts across operations.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education is required.
- No prior experience is required.
- Ability to perform warehouse processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing/labeling, shipping, and inventory handling.
- Must be able to update transactions in a WMS or ERP tool and complete daily interface checks between SAP, TMID, and WMS.
- Must be able to support maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment operations, equipment maintenance, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Preferred background includes 5 years of experience as a warehouse operator using a WMS in a medical business or highly regulated business.
