Job Title: Employee Data Management Specialist
Location: Hazelwood, Missouri (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team seeks a seasoned professional to elevate our management of complex union-related requests and tickets, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and union policies. We place great significance on accuracy and integrity in HR systems while collaborating with diverse business partners for seamless execution of processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and respond to customer requests utilizing ServiceNow, Workday, and PeopleSoft Payroll (HRMS).
- Collaborate with Labor Relations, Union Representatives, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation for consistent application of CBA terms.
- Interface directly with customers through various communication modalities to address HR data inquiries.
- Utilize business acumen and critical thinking to interpret and communicate HR processes, policies, and procedures effectively.
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Experience working with Labor relations or in a unionized environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in providing guidance on HR policies within a unionized context, including CBAs.
