Job Title: Materials Development
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Materials Development opportunity focused on supporting materials development, factory communication, and lab testing during a maternity leave coverage assignment. Our team is looking for a candidate who can contribute to data analysis, collaborate across global teams, and help support reliable material performance and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support materials development activities by communicating needs and supplies to factories and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct lab testing to help confirm reliability and assess apparel materials.
- Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process or material changes.
- Collaborate with teams across different geographies and contribute to efficient, clear communication in a manufacturing environment.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience with polymer materials is required.
- Familiarity with JMP software and data analysis is required.
