Job Title: Staff Project Controls Specialist
Location: Duluth, Minnesota (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to support program work and provide critical project controls expertise for initiatives supporting the organization's client base. Our team values attention to detail and strong analytical skills in order to deliver projects within budget and schedule, while maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project controls processes and collaborate with internal project management teams to ensure timely and budgeted deliverables.
- Analyze data and create reports using enterprise software tools to support project set-up and execution plans.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts for various projects.
- Review and document changes to cost reports, schedules, and project progress while interfacing with relevant departments and supporting audits.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct project controls experience.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain; excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
