Job Title: Traffic Administrator
Location: Shakopee, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an individual to support our team in ensuring all U.S. and international import/export shipments comply with regulatory requirements. Our team is dedicated to continually improving import and export processes to facilitate efficient trade while maintaining strong compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with U.S. and international import/export regulations for all shipments.
- Collaborate with internal departments, custom brokers, and carriers to resolve issues and improve service levels in transit.
- Prepare and manage documentation for international shipments, maintain electronic records, and generate reporting on freight and transit activity.
- Assist Customer Care with terms of trade, freight payment, and provide freight quotes and required documentation.
Required:
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) required.
- Minimum three years of related experience, or direct transportation training/education in lieu of experience.
- Strong ability to research, analyze, and resolve customs compliance issues across multiple systems.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, brokers, and managing import/export compliance records.
