There really is a correlation between the two.
To successfully embrace hybrid work requires adjustments on multiple fronts to reach an optimal balance. Regularly surveying employees and taking action on the feedback received helps employees feel heard, increases engagement, and elevates company culture. Companies should be ready to address these risks by normalizing counseling and providing resources when employees need extra support.
