Job Title: Associate Help Desk Specialist
Location: Houston, Texas (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused technical support professional to help deliver responsive, accurate, and professional service to end users. This opportunity offers the chance to support a high-volume environment, resolve a wide range of technical issues, and contribute to service improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues and provide clear, effective resolutions by phone and email.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity, access, network, and application-related issues.
  • Document incidents, requests, updates, resolutions, and knowledge base content accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Support process improvements, team collaboration, end-user training, and escalation of unresolved issues with detailed information.

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing support desk or technical support.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting network connectivity.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM systems, remote support tools, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and VPN technologies.
  • Strong client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills, along with advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call support as needed.
  • Must be eligible to permanently work in the US and have at minimum a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
