Job Title: Java Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to help maintain and enhance core legacy systems supporting retail customer statement supply. Our team values technical excellence and a strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support legacy code bases in alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate within an agile crew to deliver project goals in two-week sprints.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and communication across technical and business teams.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve processes and solutions.
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience with strong Java programming background.
- Demonstrated strong SQL skills relevant to enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to team feedback.
