Job Title: Planning Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive strategic planning and operational excellence within a global Fraud and Safety Operations division. Our team is responsible for the full lifecycle of annual and biannual planning processes, ensuring disciplined execution, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven insights that empower leadership decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the complete milestone plan for all planning phases, monitoring progress and proactively identifying risks or potential delays for leadership.
- Collect and organize initiative submissions from multiple teams, prepare prioritization materials, and ensure all key initiatives are properly tracked and resourced.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, follow up with stakeholders to confirm commitments, and synthesize roadmap data for executive-ready materials.
- Support the preparation of planning forums, strategy workshops, and business review deliverables by consolidating data inputs and tracking outcomes.
Required:
- 6–8+ years of experience in program management, roadmap planning, or a highly cross-functional planning operations role.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar tools for building and maintaining roadmaps, including multi-level tracking and reporting views.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with OKR frameworks, initiative data, and capacity inputs to surface insights and alignment gaps.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), including use of templates and lightweight automation.
