Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic professional to join a critical role that bridges strategy with execution. We focus on developing tools and processes that drive the company’s marketplace growth, requiring someone adept in program management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day execution of the global marketplace mapping capability in coordination with external vendors and internal teams.
- Lead the management of tracking systems to monitor retail elevation progress globally.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for scalable tools, ensuring outputs are usable across various teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across different departments.
Required:
- 7-10+ years of experience in program management, business development, strategy, or marketplace/retail operations.
- Proven expertise in building and managing Airtable systems for business use cases.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams.
- Ability to coordinate and align cross-functional partners effectively.
