Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic professional to drive initiatives and lead projects with high visibility. We focus on collaboration and integration across cross-functional teams to achieve a successful go-live date with a new vendor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team within the Merchandising Integration organization to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Create effective communication artifacts using tools like Keynote and Microsoft Suite for presentations.
- Drive initiatives with strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain relationships across departments.
- Engage in light portfolio management, assessing risk, priority, and impact strategically.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree heavily preferred along with PMP certification.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management roles.
- Solid understanding of program/project management and ability to drive initiatives.
- Agile certifications like CSPO and CSM are nice to have but not required.
