Job Title: Technical Writing Specialist
Location: New Albany, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a contract opportunity for a detail-oriented Technical Writing Specialist to help prepare critical documentation for an SAP S4 Hana upgrade within a regulated supply chain environment. Our team is seeking a professional who can strengthen controlled documents, support quality records, and contribute to cross-functional project execution while helping improve operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead updates to Supply Chain Planning and Warehouse SOPs in preparation for the SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana upgrade.
- Support user acceptance testing and assist with training materials for the SAP S4 Hana upgrade.
- Provide input and support for quality systems records, including deviations, change control records, CAPA, CAPA EV, SOPs, and related documentation.
- Track project KPIs, participate in network meetings, support continuous improvement efforts, and contribute to cross-functional supply chain projects and root cause analysis.
Required:
- Experience managing controlled documents and performing technical writing.
- Experience managing deviations in a GMP environment.
- Project management skills with a detailed-oriented approach to planning and execution.
- Good understanding of ERP-SAP S4 Hana systems.
- Ability to work fully on-site with flexibility to work from home.
- Experience supporting compliance with GMP/GDP and EHSS requirements.
