Job Title: UX Desinger
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to translate complex requirements and concepts into clear, user-centered design solutions. Our team values holistic thinkers who excel at systems, flows, and advocating for outstanding user experiences across products and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Translate requirements and rough concepts into effective, user-centered design solutions using both low and high fidelity techniques.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, mapping complex user journeys and system states.
- Build, modify, and maintain components within existing design systems, applying best practices in usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate across product, technology, and content teams to rapidly iterate and refine solutions, presenting design rationale and clear documentation.
Required:
- 3–5 years of professional UX design experience with a strong understanding of UX theory, principles, and systems thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and documentation.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems, and skilled in applying accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving requirements.
