Job Title: Associate Engineer
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite)
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Associate Engineer. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the drug product manufacturing network by leveraging pilot plant capabilities for efficient process characterization and improvement. This position is 100% onsite, focusing on enhancing filling operations and producing materials to optimize plant capacity.
Job Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate equipment for drug product dispensing
• Perform format changeovers and prepare materials
• Lead material generation runs for vials and syringes
• Conduct fill process characterization studies
• Document findings in lab notebooks and reports
• Manage raw materials and draft SOPs
Skills Required:
• Experience in biopharma manufacturing, specifically fill-finish operations
• Proficiency in equipment engineering
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to apply scientific and engineering principles
• Experience with safety and compliance initiatives
