Job Title: Color Design
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We seek a creative and passionate professional to drive the development and application of color design across multisport projects. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of visual storytelling in supporting the company’s evolving creative direction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product line teams by capturing and organizing color palettes for multisport projects, ensuring alignment with design vision and narrative.
- Transform consumer insights and seasonal trends into color concepts and physical palettes using both narrative and digital applications.
- Leverage expertise in color theory, palette building, and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate ideas and deliverables across teams.
- Maintain organization, adhere to schedules, and drive collaboration with optimism, positivity, and inclusion within the team environment.
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in color design, specifically within footwear or apparel design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in color theory including trends, mixing, compatibility, placement, and materials.
- Portfolio submission of previous color design work is required; strong sense of aesthetic style with an understanding of streetwear and a passion for sport.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
