Job Title: Construction Manager – Mid-level (Transmission and Substation)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and manage construction activities related to major transmission and substation projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation construction.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Manage construction progress and monitor quality to uphold project specifications and industry standards.
- Procure materials, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
Required:
- Experience overseeing construction activities for electrical transmission and substation projects.
- Ability to prepare project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Skill in providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
- Proven competence with site meetings, inspections, and collaboration with project managers and senior management to address project risks and issues.
