Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Traverse City, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of facility systems, with a focus on efficiency and reliability. Our team values proactive maintenance and technical expertise to ensure optimal building performance and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior components, and related production equipment.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo for work tracking and updating work order status in real time.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
Required:
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Supermarket rack refrigeration experience is mandatory.
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Valid state driver’s license and willingness to join UFCW 951.
