Job Title: Photo Production
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Photo Production opportunity supporting a fast-paced studio environment focused on photo and film set execution. Our team is looking for someone who can keep production moving smoothly by coordinating equipment, directing daily workflow, and ensuring sets are built, lit, and ready on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily support for multiple photo sets while coordinating a small team and keeping production moving forward.
- Oversee equipment tracking, inventory updates, and input of equipment lists in the tracking system.
- Read, follow, and measure detailed lighting diagrams to support set builds and set flips.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
Required:
- 4+ years of studio managing experience.
- Proven ability to support and lead peers in new workflows and processes.
- Knowledge of grip and lighting with safety as a priority, plus experience creating and replicating detailed lighting diagrams.
- Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive projects, communicate clearly, listen carefully, and stay highly organized.
- Experience with digital equipment and motion equipment, including digi-carts, monitors, cable management, RED camera, cinema lenses, and camera support.
- Experience with Blue Circle or TrakIt equipment tracking software is a plus.
